Alam Dental Care is a single-location general and implant dentistry practice competing against directory listings (Justdial, Practo, Lybrate) and other local clinics for every high-value search term in its area, including implants, root canals, whitening, and emergency visits.
Like most single-location clinics, it had a website, a Google Business Profile, and almost no organic footprint for the searches that actually turn into booked appointments.
The brief wasn't "rank for dentistry." It was: show up for the exact phrases someone types when they already have a toothache, a missing tooth, or a wedding in six weeks. Then make sure the page they land on gives them a reason to call.
That meant treatment-specific service pages, on-page content built around real patient questions, and a technical foundation Google could actually crawl and trust.

Google Business Profile map pack position did not move as much, despite sustained optimization effort. That's a known limitation of GBP's ranking algorithm, not a story we're going to dress up.
